Policy

Please either fax or email the list of cabinets that you need to us; you will receive acknowledgement latest by the end of the day. Please review and sign the acknowledgment sheet to confirm the order and then email or fax back to us to place the order.  (Order won’t be processed until the signed acknowledgment is received) Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an invoice from us with a ship date.

Flat fee for local delivery to commercial place within 45miles ofour warehouse is $250.00

Outside of 45 miles range, the delivery fee will vary depends on the delivery destination.   We will either deliver with our company truck or use outside carrier (such as Trucking Company and UPS).  The delivery fee will be determined when we decide which method of shipping is the best for the order, and it will be added on the estimate sheet.  Job site  Curb deliveries are available within 45 miles of our warehouse for $ 250.00. We don’t move cabinets into the customer’s house.

The responsibility of  Century Kitchen Cabinet ceases upon delivery of product in good working order to transport companies and all product( s) are shipped at consignee’s risk. Please inspect all product(s) at time of signing freight bill,  and have transportation company note any damage incurred in transit. Price and specification are subject to change without notice.

Most assembled orders leave the warehouse within 5- 7 days, RTA orders leave our warehouse in approximately   1-3 days. Lead time may vary for large orders or under special circumstances. (Such as national  holidays, etc.)

Modifications are available for an additional fee, modification is subject to availability,   may require more time,  and is subject to cancellation at any time.

When assembled cabinets are delivered or picked up, please inspect them then sign the packing slip, any incorrect or missing items will not be honored once the packing slip is signed for. If any item is missing or damaged please write on the packing slip and then contact us. For K/D cabinets you will have 7 days to open and inspect the items,   if no claim was filed within 7 days, future claims will not be accepted. Damaged items claims must be made prior to assembly and before installation.No damage claims will be processed after the installation.

Cabinets can be returned for up to 3 weeks after the delivery date.  We can only accept RTA returns in new condition and original packaging.   All returns are subject to inspection and a 25% restocking fee.  Returns are accepted for credit only, and applicable credit will be applied to the dealer account.    There   are  not   return   for  the   following   items   and conditions:   1) no returns  on any pieces  of trim (this includes  all types  of moldings,   toe  kick,  plywood   panels,   and  etc.)   2)  no  returns   on  any modified    cabinet    (size   customisation,     accessories     addition,    hinge swapping,  and etc.) 3) no returns  on display  order.

Century Kitchen Cabinet will charge a $50 returned check fee for all returned checks.   Any returned checks must be paid in full before additional shipments can be processed.
